New RUPES multi – Purpose abrasive paper discs MP330

NEW RUPES MULTI – PURPOSE ABRASIVE PAPER DISCS MP330, TO HANDLE EVERY SANDING AND FINISHING NEED.

RUPES launches its new MP330 multi- purpose abrasive discs line: a new product family made by 150 mm multi-holes latex reinforced paper discs.

RUPES abrasive discs are made by an exclusive manufacturing process, designed to give the user full reliability in terms of quality, performance and safety. These use latest aluminium oxide technology and can offer faster finishing solutions than traditional products.

The aluminium oxide and the innovative grain design treatment ensure an improved cut rate for higher productivity, through the whole disc life. The high quality latex reinforced paper and aluminium oxide guarantee an extended product life. As a result, sanding operations are easier, faster, and without any deep or wild scratch on the working surface.

MP330 lasts longer and ensures, therefore, considerable savings in terms of time and production costs. The multi hole perforation with 15 holes allow sanding particles to be drawn into the dust chamber and away from the surface, for full control of the work area. The full resin bond system allows strong and improved grain adhesion. Excellent performances are guaranteed on every kind of surface, with a significant increase in dust extraction, compared to the previous versions. Their uniform granulometry allows an extreme finishing’s homogeneity on the treated surfaces.

A specific dust repellent additive, embedded into the disc surface, prevents the surface itself from premature clogging, supporting and improving dust extraction process. Zinc stereate top coat and open coating produce less clogging than ever on the surface. Available in several configurations, from grain P60 to P500, the new abrasive paper discs come with an interesting quality- price ratio: they’re around 30%  cheaper than the previous HQ400 abrasive line.

MP330 Abrasive paper discs belongs to a complete RUPES product line and solutions designed for heavy sanding and fine finishing,  including random orbital sanders, dust extraction systems, assembly hoses and consumables.
